Beacon Cinema, The:
“July 20, 2020
Dear Phoenix Guests,
Many of you might be wondering why we have not yet opened our theatres at Kennedy Mall in Iowa or Beacon Cinema in Massachusetts, even though both states have now given us the approval to do so. Michigan has yet to give us approval, but we remain hopeful that this will be granted soon.
As theatres have opened across America playing classic films and specialized programming, it has become apparent that films that are not major first-run releases are not sustainable over a long period by themselves. The opening date for our theatres will align with major studio releases such as “Tenet,” and “Mulan,” as well as a fine schedule of new film product planned for the remainder of 2020.
We have also used this added time to conduct deep cleanings at each theatre and ongoing careful training of our staff and management on our new safety protocols. The details are reviewed on our web site at www.phoenixmovies.net/covid
We wanted to thank everyone for your months of patience. We realize that it is vitally important to re-open in a responsible and safe manner that allows everyone to enjoy a fine new film in our cinemas.

Peace Train Tees:
Storefront is open 10 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday for ordering and pick up. We will be open on Wednesdays from 9-10 am for seniors and the immunocompromised.
Face coverings will be required. If you do not have one, we can provide you with one. Please try to remember yours though! We have hand sanitizer available at the entrance, the order desk and the cashwrap. Please use it! We also have gloves available if you’d like to use them in the store. We ask that you put new gloves on when you enter and remove them before you leave to prevent the spread of germs.
We cannot allow anyone to try any items on and ask that you please limit the items you touch when in the store. We will only allow 4 (four) customers in the store at a time. We may ask that you wait outside in the specified area until someone leaves to respect social distance guidelines and keep our customers safe and healthy. Please adhere to social distance guidelines and keep at least 6 ft between yourself and other customers and employees whenever possible.
You are still welcome to bring in your own items; HOWEVER- all items must be new with tags, not washed or worn. While this has been a rule that we have been lenient on previously, this will be strictly followed for the foreseeable future for the health and safety of our employees. Any items you bring in will be quarantined for 48 hours, no exceptions. Please don’t bring in items and ask for us to make them same day. This new rule is for the safety of our staff.
While we have been able to make many orders same day and order in many items overnight previously, we will not be able to guarantee that anymore. We are working with a bare bones staff of generally 1 person at a time which makes it very difficult to produce orders same day. Our suppliers are also very backed up and transit times for shipments have been absolutely insane so items are taking quite a while to come in. We encourage you to place orders as EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
Payment is due upon ordering for the ease of curbside pick up and to reduce time spent in the store.
We will ask you to leave after placing your order. We no longer have a waiting area. We will call you when your order is ready. When you arrive to pick up, we will ask that you call and we will put your order on the pick up table outside whenever possible to limit your time inside the store.
We will be sanitizing high touch areas hourly and deep cleaning at the close of business every day. Any employees that display symptoms will be asked to stay home. Our doors will remain open whenever possible to encourage proper ventilation.
We do absolutely understand that these rules and guidelines may be a nuisance to some but we respectfully ask that you follow them to the best of your ability and remember to be kind. We are still figuring things out, just like every other business out there and our employees are doing the best they can. If you need a special accommodation, reach out and we will assist to the best of our abilities.
Thank you for your continued support during these very long 3 months.

RJ Stohr Diamonds & Fine Jewelry:
WE ARE OPEN!! But….
There are limitations and restrictions.
Masks MUST be worn by all employees and customers.
Due to distancing guidelines, we can only have three customers in store at one time, so if you are bringing a friend or relative, they may be politely asked to sit in the hallway outside the store if we are at capacity. PLEASE KNOW this is STATE MANDATED and NOT a store policy. WE STRIVE TO ALWAYS MAKE YOU FEEL COMPLETELY AT HOME.
We know there are times that you MUST shop together: wedding bands, bringing a relative in to help pick out an engagement ring, etc. EVERYONE is welcome. We just ask for your patience as we try to adhere to the rules set in place by our state government.
We are confident, as the State restrictions continue to loosen, that we will be able to offer you the same incomparable service you expect from us.
At all times, we will be wearing a face mask. We sanitize our hands before every interaction. We sanitize all incoming jewelry and sanitize it again before pick up.
