DESCRIPTION:Downtown Pittsfield\, Inc. and Framework will feature a brand-new photography exhibition featuring 20 portraits from Faces of Pittsfield\, photographs by Marina Dominguez\, June 6 through June 26\, 2025\, at Framework by Downtown Pittsfield\, Inc. (437 North Street). \nFaces of Pittsfield shines a light on the people who live and work in Pittsfield by cultivating a diverse and inclusive sense of community through photographs and social media. \nThe mission of Faces of Pittsfield is to reshape the narrative of Pittsfield by celebrating the contributions of all who make this city vibrant\, welcoming\, and full of life. Faces of Pittsfield honors local people and businesses\, promoting inclusivity and diversity by amplifying the stories of people who live and work in Pittsfield. \nThere will be an opening reception with the photographer during the June 6 First Fridays Artswalk from 5 to 8 pm. \nThe exhibition will be on view Monday through Thursday\, 10 am to 2 pm\, June 6 through June 26\, by visiting the Downtown Pittsfield\, Inc. offices at 431 North Street. The duo will provide a brief narrative and anecdotes of the history of the songs as well as of the war of American independence.
