This workshop is $44 and you may register at berkshireartcenter.org/classes. Using the image transfer technique\, students will learn to transform a canvas tote bag into a work of art. Students will be provided with images of florals\, animals\, geometric designs\, etc. to use or are welcome to bring their own laser printed image for a more personalized design.

DESCRIPTION:A versatile approach to the art of watercolor painting\, this class led by local painter\, Jill Gustavis\, will familiarize students with supplies\, theory\, and techniques. Practicing washes and brushwork\, students will learn about water control and working with their paints. Skills covered will slowly expand to include more subtle and nuanced techniques each week. By the end of the class students should have a foundation to pursue watercolor techniques in a variety of methods.
