DESCRIPTION:Join BYDF outdoors by the Hillcrest Gazebo overlooking beautiful Onota Lake for an evening of gentle movement and deep healing. This 90-minute class blends slow\, grounding yoga with the restorative power of sound. You’ll flow through a calming yoga practice before settling into an extended savasana\, supported by the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other sound instruments. A perfect way to reset your nervous system and welcome the weekend with peace and presence.Dates: August 1\, September 5Time: 5:30 to 7 pmLocation: Lawn by the Hillcrest Gazebo\, located behind the Hillcrest Campus of Berkshire Health Systems (165 Tor Ct. in Pittsfield). Please park in the front main parking lot.Weather Dependent – Class cancellations will be posted to our website.
