Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. manages the Framework Coworking space at 437 North Street, offering rentals of semi-private offices, a board room, and a classroom with flexible configurations. Rentals are available to Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. (DPI) members and the public.

PLEASE NOTE
Meeting rooms and individual offices are available for use Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 pm at the discretion of Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. Weekends and extended hours must be approved by DPI in advance. Use of the lounge is included, with access to a fridge, microwave, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Food, coffee, tea, etc. are not provided. Renters can bring in catering from downtown restaurants and set up a buffet space outside of the meeting room in the lounge.
Based on availability, speaker phone, projector, screen, TV and video conferencing devise (OWL) are included with meeting room rentals.
Monthly renters of individual (semi-private) offices are entitled to 20 hours of scheduled meeting room access based on availability at time of scheduling. Monthly renters also have secure, private access 7 days a week.
All renters must complete and sign a Rental Request Form including the terms of the agreement, and all renters must pay in full prior to the meeting. Not until this time will opening/closing instructions be provided.
Use of the space is limited to the room rented and common and public areas such as the lounge, entry way, and restrooms.
In the case of cancelation, the renter must notify DPI in writing 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting to avoid forfeiture of room rental fee.

The following terms and conditions apply to all meeting room rentals:
Public use is limited to local organizations, non-profits, and those affiliated with Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. (DPI), their membership, or acting community partners. No personal events are permitted.
Meeting rooms are available for use Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 pm at the discretion of Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. Weekends and extended hours must be approved by DPI in advance.
All renters must complete and sign a Meeting Room Rental Request Form including the terms of the agreement, and all renters must pay in full prior to the meeting. Not until this time will opening/closing instructions be provided.
Renter agrees to not use office work areas beyond those contracted. Use is limited to the room rented and common and public areas such as the lounge, entry way, and restrooms.

The front public entrance is to be used for all access to and from the building except for catering drop off via the lounge entrance. Exterior doors are to always remain closed and under no circumstances be propped open.
Smoking, alcoholic beverages, open flames, glitter/confetti, and lit candles are not permitted.
Parking is available on-street, in nearby municipal lots, and as available in the Linden Street private lot. Parking fees may apply.
DPI will provide standard set up for tables and chairs as requested. If the tables and chairs have been rearranged, they must be returned to their original positions. Each meeting room will be supplied with basic office accessories, such as stapler, tape, whiteboards, markers, etc. Wi-Fi is available.
Requested audio/visual equipment will be provided with instructions. No additional technical support is available.
Affixing banners, signs, artwork, or other materials to walls, fixtures, or other areas of the rooms is prohibited.
Use of the lounge is included, with access to a fridge, microwave, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Food, coffee, tea, etc. are not provided. All food and other items brought in must be removed at the end of the meeting, and trash must be placed in receptacles in the lounge.
Use of DPI’s meeting rooms does not constitute endorsement or approval of viewpoints expressed by renter or participants in the event. Advertisements or announcements implying such endorsements are prohibited.
DPI is in no way responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or other liabilities that may be incurred during use of its facility. Renter agrees to release indemnity and hold DPI harmless of any such damages.
The renter assumes all responsibility for repair and restoration in the event of damage to the space or missing items, including furniture or equipment used during their meeting.
