This free concert will feature four of the most popular and versatile regional bands in the performance pavilion on Pittsfield’s First Street Common.

The wide-ranging lineup for the jazz extravaganza will include:

The Michael Fahn Quartet and the Giuffre/Brookmeyer Project paying homage to two of jazz’ most innovative composers

The Suzi Stern Quartet headed by the renowned Boston vocalist who now calls the Berkshires home

Rob Putnam, the veteran, multi-talented musician featured with his organ trio

The Dave Bartley Quartet with its instrumental and vocal Mississippi blues and jazz repertoire

Audiences are advised to bring blankets or chairs. Feel free to bring your own picnic and/or non-alcoholic beverages.
