5th Annual Cidermakers’ Dinner
August 21 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Berkshire Cider Project celebrates the release of its estate-grown Hancock Shaker Village cider with its fifth annual dinner, showcasing their signature sparkling hard cider crafted from local and foraged apples. These gluten-free ciders reflect the region’s rich art, agriculture, and community.
This year’s event features a new location in the heart of the Village and an exclusive tasting of a wild foraged perry made from a single pear tree on the property.
Dinner will be prepared by Leah Guadagnoli, farmer and chef behind upstate NY’s Fancy Feast Supper Club. Known for her creative, locally sourced menus, Leah has hosted pop-ups at Storm King Art Center, Lil Deb’s Oasis, and more—we’re thrilled to welcome her to the Village for this special evening.
The evening begins with a stroll in the gardens, followed by a multi-course savory dinner featuring cider pairings and remarks by the cider makers. If you’ve never experienced dry, sparkling hard cider that has the depth and complexity of wine, you’re in for a treat.
