Tornado Musical was formed in February 2022, near North Plain Road in the town of Great Barrington, MA. This versatile group aims to bring the Mexican and Guatemalan heritage to this country, especially to Berkshire County, and share the beauty of Spanish-language songs. This story began as a dream, and with each performance, it is becoming a reality. Tornado Musical has performed in various parts of Berkshire County, including Pittsfield, Great Barrington, Lee, and other places like Copake Falls, New York. Their vision is to become the best Latin Music Band in the BERKSHIRES… and for this type of music to transcend borders and language barriers.
This celebration is part of MassDevelopment’s TDI for Gateway Cities which is working to revitalize North Street by promoting cultural and economic growth. Special thanks to Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. and the City of Pittsfield for their support in organizing this event.
