Spring Ayurveda: Embrace Renewal and Balance Your Body and Mind
March 29 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

In Ayurveda, each season mirrors the rhythms of nature, shaping how we feel in body and mind. As we transition from winter’s stillness into the vibrant energy of spring, we’re invited to refresh, renew, and awaken. This shift can bring a sense of lightness and possibility—or leave us feeling sluggish and stuck. Spring is a season of growth and transformation, linked to the Kapha dosha. When in balance, it fosters stability and nourishment, but when excess builds, it can lead to heaviness, lethargy, or mental fog. With mindful movement and self-care, we can realign with the season’s uplifting flow.
Join Susan Wrba for a Spring Ayurveda Workshop and Practice on Saturday, March 29th (in-studio or online) to learn how to harness the energy of the season and keep your body and mind in harmony.
In this workshop, you’ll:
– Discover the qualities of Kapha dosha and how they influence your physical and emotional well-being during the spring season.
– Practice invigorating yoga poses, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation techniques to detoxify, increase energy, and promote mental clarity.
– Learn Ayurvedic self-care practices, diet tips, and lifestyle routines to support balance and vitality as we transition into spring.
This workshop is suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to Ayurveda or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and ready to embrace the season of renewal.
What to bring: comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and an open heart.
