Whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will provide the tools and techniques to help you find ease in these dynamic postures. You’ll learn proper alignment, key engagement principles, and drills to develop the upper body and core strength needed to take flight.
Arm balances cultivate mental clarity, focus, and resilience, while also enhancing shoulder mobility, spinal flexibility, and overall body awareness. Most importantly, they remind us that yoga is a playful and evolving journey—one that requires patience, practice, and a willingness to explore beyond our comfort zones. To make these dynamic postures more accessible, Angie will break down several arm balances step by step, guiding you through the proper warm-ups, key engagement techniques, and preparatory movements to help you take flight with greater ease. You’ll receive personalized guidance, modifications, and props to meet your unique needs.
