Meeting the Commonwealth’s interim 2030 climate goals will require a dramatic expansion of our investments in economy-wide decarbonization from our buildings to our vehicles, our energy supply, and the electric grid that must all support this transition. Learn about how the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center’s investments in clean energy and climate technology, market development, infrastructure, and workforce development – across all sectors – are accelerating the pace of our progress, reducing the cost of the energy transition, and helping the state achieve its ambitious climate objectives.
The event will feature team members from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MCEC), including representatives from programs focused on the Net Zero Grid, the Built Environment, Clean Transportation, and Offshore Wind Energy. It will be moderated by Jeff Lynch, Founder and CEO of Idle Smart, a Berkshire County company, supported by MCEC, whose proprietary solution allows fleets of all sizes to reduce extended idle fuel costs by 50-70% and reduce CO2 output.
Co-sponsored by 1Berkshire and the Berkshire Innovation Center
