The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Berkshire Community College will host a free, online talk with Haig Nalbantian, founder of the Workforce Sciences Institute at Mercer, on “Big Data’s Impact on Workforce Success & Equity.”
What strategies are organizations using to achieve critical objectives through their employees? What is the latest thinking on workforce productivity and an equitable workplace? How do boomer and millennial workers differ? Nalbantian is an internationally recognized expert and lecturer, and has published widely in leading academic and professional journals. He has been on the faculty of economics at New York University and was a research scientist at its C.V. Starr Center for Applied Economics.
The talk will be moderated by Danielle Gonzalez, 1Berkshire Board Chair and Director of Human Resources at Williams College, where her responsibilities include strategic planning, policy development, and HR forecasting and workforce effectiveness. Together they will discuss the lessons from and application of recent studies on workforce success. The talk is in partnership with 1Berkshire and the Berkshire Innovation Center.
